Blink is seeking a creative, self-motivated, accomplished content marketing manager and editor with a depth of experience in consumer and lifestyle tech to join its global marketing team. A day in the life
This role will be the point person for all Blink messaging, content, and copy-related initiatives across channels, markets, and mediums. You will be the subject matter expert for voice and messaging hierarchies related to customer engagement and acquisition campaigns, as well as new product launches. You will act as the voice of our brand with a deep understanding of the voice of our customers. You will lead all content strategies, content management, and the creation of customer-facing messaging. You demonstrate strong judgement and collaborate well with colleagues across the business. You work fast with a strong attention to detail, write and edit for various audiences and tonality, and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job responsibilities
· Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to define and communicate brand voice and messaging strategies
· Produce compelling content that aligns with brand standards while understanding the strategic objective behind the work
· Write, proofread, and edit copy at various stages of the writing process and in response to requests and feedback from stakeholders while ensuring editorial standards are met
· Collaborate with Marketing peers to consistently raise the bar for creative
· Work across teams, markets, and marketing channels (i.e. social media, email, ads, packaging, web pages, and PR) to position new products, features, and promotions
· Own the global Marketing content calendar and messaging strategy
· Deliver high-quality taglines, messaging, and content across products, channels, and markets
· Create processes and mechanisms to ensure efficiency and scale content creation globally
· Work cross-functionally to deliver accurate positioning of our brand and products
· Manage workload with little oversight to ensure multiple deliverables are completed within identified timelines
· Conduct customer and competitive research while staying ahead of digital marketing and industry trends
· Own the audit and feedback loops with teams who create customer-facing copy, coaching and providing direction that enables them to uphold voice and brand standards
· Present copy strategy and concepts to leadership

· Bachelor’s degree in English, Creative Writing, or equivalent (will consider Marketing or Communications)
· An available online portfolio
· 3+ years of professional experience in content marketing, writing, and copyediting (preferably for a consumer or lifestyle tech company) across marketing channels and PR
· 3+ years of professional (non-internship) consumer marketing and brand experience
· 3+ years of experience building, executing, and scaling content for cross-functional marketing campaigns
· 3+ years of experience leading copy standards for a high volume of conceptual and production work
· 3+ years experience working cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, Product, PR, and Legal teams
· 3+ years experience with Office including MS Word, Power Point, Excel, SharePoint, and design tools
· 3+ years of experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements


· Impeccable oral and written marketing communication skills and strong attention to detail
· Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills with proven ability to influence
· Proven ability to move easily between generating big, creative ideas and driving ongoing process improvement
· Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically in an ambiguous environment
· Able to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the organization in both written and verbal communication
